A new competition to help support the next generation of PR talent has launched and Releasd’s CEO Richard Benson has joined the judging panel.
Organised by PR Moment, the PR League competition is completely free to enter for those with between four and eight years of industry experience.
Richard Benson, CEO at Releasd, said: “When the PR Moment team mentioned the competition, we jumped at the chance to be involved. Empowering emerging talent in the world of comms and PR is critical.
“Today’s young professionals are tomorrow’s leaders and we all have a role to play to help them develop. I’m honoured to be on the judging panel and can’t wait to meet not just my fellow judges, but those entering the competition.”
PR agency professionals, in-house corporate communications professionals and PR freelancers can enter. Each team must have two people in.
The competition is structured in four key areas and both players within a team must successfully complete each stage.
- Future of PR Skills
- Crisis Communication Response
- Creative Consumer Communications Response
- B2B Storytelling: Ideas to create impact in a B2B channel
As well as the chance to receive mentoring from industry veterans, finalists will receive cash prizes and the winning team will also get free access to Releasd’s PR reporting tool for three months.
